Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at Old Streetonians
As a Club we have agreed to make issues of equality, diversity and inclusion a priority. In doing so we have drawn up this policy for the Club and Members to be held accountable to.Additionally, we have an agreed Action Plan in place for the 2021/22 season, based around these key points:
A Club which welcomes Members from all sectors of society.
A Club which actively looks to engage with the local community, include and support it:
Through actions which help support those who need it.
As an open opportunity for those wishing to be part of the Club and wider rugby community.
A Club which is open to the voices and opinions of all its Members.
A Club which provides opportunities for all Members who wish to contribute more.
For any Member, opponent or member of the public who wishes to contact the Club on any issue you can do so using this Google Form.
