Old Street rolling on BT Sport's Rugby Tonight

We were delighted to be welcomed onto BT Sport's flagship Rugby Tonight and be part of a demonstration with Ben Kay.

A question was asked on how to safely clear a ruck - with a lot of issues around crocodile rolls - so the boys helped the England World Cup winner explain how to do it while reducing the chance of injury at the breakdown.
